At CommWell Health, you won't just care for patients, you'll empower families, change lives, and be part of a mission-driven team that believes everyone deserves quality healthcare, close to home.What You'll Do• Assures that all patients receive excellent customer service from all areas under supervision and facilitates as needed service recovery.• Supervises Dental Clinical Supervisor• Supervises KINSHIP Supervisor• Applies critical thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure well management of dental services.• Communicate frequently with Sr. Director of Dental, and keeps informed as needed on any issues or concerns.• Communicates appropriately with Lead Dental Providers.• Maintains open, frequent communication with all staff as well as patients and guests by maintaining a daily presence in the department and reinforces perception of leadership as interested and responsive.• Hold regular "Operation Eagle" meetings and creates and implements processes that will improve patient satisfaction scores.• Maintains collaborative working relationship with Leadership Management team,• Creates an environment which enables and celebrates workforce excellence and fosters staff personal development in skills and competencies to improve patient care.• Ensures adequacy of staffing and keeps appropriate staff schedules, tardy and absentee records and other employee documentation as needed.• Monitors and supervises operational flow of patients throughout Clinic to provide effective quality and good continuum of patient care and meet established level of patient access volumes.• Hold morning huddle "fly in" meetings with staff and monitors and ensures meetings are being held in all areas of responsibilities.• Assures appropriate personnel competencies through orientation, education and continuing professional development for personnel.• Performs Disciplinary actions and coaching when necessary.• Conducts performance evaluations in a timely and consistent manner.• Assists with coordination of patient care operations with dental, medical, behavioral health to support all operational functions as they relate to patient centered medical home.• Responsible for oversight of ordering supplies and maintaining adequate clinical inventory.• Participates in committees and dental primary care team, and others as needed.• Communicates with primary care team members, and assist in the development of clinical practice guidelines, supporting best practices with Lead Providers, as needed.• Provides training for electronic health record to professional and support staff as needed• Participates in the formulation, review and revision of all policies and procedures related to patient care areas.• Supports development and collection of data for financial and operational dashboards.• Supports Patient Centered Health Home Model.• Active member of the Leadership Management Team.• Participates in case review during PCHH huddles • Daily • Multidisciplinary• Other duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForRequired• BLS Certificate from American Red Cross or American Heart Association• DA I or II or Dental Hygienist with current NC license (If applicable) highly preferred• Clean driving record with current NC driver's license and approved by corporate vehicle insurance vendor for driving privilegesWhy Join CommWell Health?Impact: Be part of a team that delivers life-changing care to underserved populations.Balance: Enjoy a supportive, flexible environment that values your well-being.Growth: Access continuous learning, advancement pathways, and leadership development.Recognition: Your voice matters.
