This role is responsible for driving execution across safety, schedule, quality, resource management, and overall project performance.The ideal candidate takes full ownership of the electrical scope and ensures all work is completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution & LeadershipOversee the full electrical scope on assigned projects, ensuring safe execution, on-time delivery, and alignment with project goalsMaintain and manage project schedules, including look-ahead planning and proactive issue resolutionEnsure all installations meet applicable codes, contract specifications, and quality standardsCoordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure consistency in schedule and workmanshipSafety, Quality & ComplianceEnforce jobsite safety protocols and participate in pre-task planningEnsure compliance with all regulatory and project-specific requirements, including healthcare-related standards where applicable (ICRA)Drive first-time pass success on inspections through proactive quality controlResource & Field ManagementOversee material procurement and ensure proper quantities are delivered on timeManage tools, equipment, and field resources to ensure readiness across all project phasesCoordinate labor planning, subcontractor scheduling, and field sequencing to eliminate inefficienciesForecast labor and material needs and communicate risks earlyProductivity & PerformanceDrive daily productivity across electrical crews by setting clear expectations and removing constraintsMonitor performance using project tools (e.g., Procore) and provide data-driven insights to leadershipMentor and develop Foremen and Journeymen to improve efficiency, sequencing, and executionIdentify and implement process improvements to reduce labor hours, rework, and material wasteCost & Budget ManagementUnderstand project budgets and manage the electrical scope accordinglyTrack costs against plan and proactively address variancesMinimize rework, over-ordering, and inefficiencies that impact project marginsPartner with project leadership to ensure change orders are captured and processed accuratelyQualificationsRequiredMaster Electrician license10+ years of experience in the electrical trade2–3+ years of experience in a Superintendent or similar leadership role on commercial projectsStrong proficiency in Excel for tracking productivity, costs, and reportingValid driver's license and willingness to travel across multiple project locationsAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningPreferredProgressive career growth from Journeyman to Foreman to SuperintendentExperience working on healthcare facilities (ICRA compliance, medical-grade systems)Experience with prefabrication and modular construction methodsProficiency with Procore or similar construction management softwareOSHA 30 certificationWhat Success Looks LikeStrong ownership of project outcomes—not just tasksHigh attention to detail across safety, quality, and scheduleReliable execution and accountabilityClear, proactive communication with leadership and field teamsFocus on results, efficiency, and continuous improvementInterested in hearing more?
