Floor Technician / Environmental Services Assistant (Hybrid Role) - This position primarily performs floor care and maintenance while also supporting the Environmental Services team with general housekeeping and sanitation tasks as needed. Position Overview The Floor Technician is primarily responsible for performing day"‘to"‘day activities of the Environmental Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our facility. Key Responsibilities Cleaning floors to include sweeping, dusting, damp/wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, disinfecting, etc. Ensuring that proper safety signs are set up prior to performing floor cleaning activities. Cleaning carpets, to include vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting. Cleaning walls and ceilings by washing, wiping, dusting, spot cleaning, disinfecting, and deodorizing. Qualifications High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred. 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
