The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, market research, customer service, and analytical skills. They will need to communicate with clients, build relationships, and promote the staffing agency's services. The Business Development Specialist will also need to identify new business opportunities, conduct research, and provide insights to clients. Qualifications Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret dataExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate needs and solutionsExperience in lead generation and market researchStrong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targetsCustomer Service skills to effectively manage and resolve client concernsStrong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesDemonstrable track record in sales and account management is preferredBachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferredExperience in the staffing or recruitment industry is a plus Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold callingBuild and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing solutionsConduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growthCollaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for acquiring new customersPrepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our products or servicesNegotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomesProvide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues that arise during the sales processUtilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities and maintain accurate records We offer competitive compensation packages and opportunities for career advancement.
