Location Merrillville, Indiana (Merrillville area) Are you a licensed Psychologist (HSPP) who is passionate about helping children with developmental differences thrive? We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative clinician to join our growing, child-centered team serving families in the Merrillville area. This role offers exceptional flexibility, with both salaried and hourly options available based on your preferences and availability. Compensation & Bonus $1,000 Signing Bonus Hourly pay ranging from $100-$130 per hour, based on experience and responsibilities Option to choose salaried or hourly compensation structure About The Role You will provide comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and, if desired, treatment services for children with special needs, including those on the autism spectrum. You'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team and partner with the Chief Clinical Officer to support high-quality diagnostic and clinical services. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments, including: ADOS-2 CARS GARS GADS ASRS VBAS-II ABAS-II Prepare clear, thorough written reports with practical recommendations for families Communicate effectively with families, referring providers, and internal team members Review and approve orders for ancillary services (e.g., speech and occupational therapy) Participate in interdisciplinary case consultations and collaborative care planning Qualifications Licensed in the State of Indiana as a Health Service Provider in Psychology (HSPP) Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited program Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental or behavioral needs Strong diagnostic and report-writing skills Commitment to collaborative, team-based care Willingness to partner with the Chief Clinical Officer in supporting clinical excellence What We Offer Flexible scheduling and hybrid work options Choice of salaried or hourly compensation Health insurance coverage Full administrative and billing support Dedicated clinical liaison Comfortable, fully equipped clinical offices and testing materials provided If you are looking for a meaningful, flexible opportunity where your expertise directly supports children and families"”and where your clinical voice is valued, we invite you to reach out and learn more about joining our team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
