Location: Memphis, IN Salary: $95,000.00 USD Annually - $115,000.00 USD Annually Description: This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week on-site in Memphis, TN, with no fully remote options. Core Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Build and maintain detailed project roadmaps, including resource allocation, budget tracking, and risk assessment to ensure seamless execution. Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with senior leadership and key stakeholders to define project scope, success metrics, and high-level deliverables. Cross-Functional Orchestration: Lead diverse teams"”including engineering, product, design, and operations"”to foster a collaborative environment and ensure organizational readiness. Performance Tracking: Actively monitor project health, identifying potential blockers or delays early to adjust plans and maintain delivery timelines. Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify project risks and lead the resolution of complex issues across departments to minimize impact on outcomes. Communication & Reporting: Provide concise, actionable updates to stakeholders regarding progress, budget status, and accomplishments. Quality Assurance & Documentation: Ensure all deliverables meet high quality standards and maintain organized records of decisions, meeting notes, and post-project lessons learned. Delivery Handoff: Support final releases to customers and ensure a smooth transition from development to live operations. Professional Requirements Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a Project Management role within Software Engineering, IT Systems, or a closely related technical field. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience. Methodology: Solid command of modern Project Management frameworks; experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is strongly preferred. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, specifically the ability to translate complex technical data for non-technical audiences. Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and varying timelines. Soft Skills: A self-starting mindset with a proactive approach to creative problem-solving and critical thinking. Preferred Qualifications PMP or PMI-ACP certification.
