Position Summary We are currently looking for a Full"‘Time Controller to join our team within the Sales department. The Controller position is located in Brownstown, IN and can be performed remotely. The base salary will be determined based on experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage the company's financial operations, prepare financial statements, and oversee budgeting and forecasting. Manage cash flow, monitor financial performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Participate in management of company operations. Conduct financial analysis, cost accounting, credit and collection, and human resources data processing. Use Microsoft Excel and other financial software to prepare reports. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification is a plus. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis. Experience in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting. Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance. Experience with financial reporting and preparing financial statements. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
