Certified Nurses Aide (CNA) - Rosiclare, IL We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at Axiom Healthcare of Rosiclare. As a CNA at our skilled nursing and long-term care facility, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with daily activities, promoting dignity and independence, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. Job Summary: As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Axiom Healthcare of Rosiclare, you will provide direct resident care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance. You will also assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), transfer, reposition, and ambulate safely, and support residents' emotional and social well-being. Additionally, you will maintain accurate documentation of care provided and follow HIPAA guidelines and infection control protocols. Responsibilities: Provide direct resident care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as toileting, mobility, and feeding Help residents transfer, reposition, and ambulate safely using appropriate equipment Monitor and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff Support residents' emotional and social well-being by engaging them in activities and conversation Maintain accurate documentation of care provided Follow HIPAA guidelines and infection control protocols Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team Requirements: Current Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with appropriate equipment Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate attitude and dedication to quality resident care Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required Why Join Axiom Healthcare of Rosiclare?
