FRPs are one of the most evidence-based, outcomes-driven treatment models in Workers' Compensation: a multidisciplinary approach to chronic pain and disability focused on restoring function to injured workers.It's a genuinely complex business - managing multidisciplinary clinical care teams, navigating specialized payor and network dynamics, and scaling a multi-site platform in a state with its own rules for almost everything.We're private equity-backed and in growth mode: expanding locations and service lines, deepening our payor and network partnerships, and building the finance and operational infrastructure to support the next stage of our company. The team is lean, the problems are real, and the work shows up in decisions that matter.If you want to develop finance expertise in multi-site healthcare, have ownership over work that C-level leaders depend on to set the direction of the business, and work alongside a team that takes the craft of financial analysis seriously - this is the right environment for that.The Role:As Strategic Finance Analyst / Senior Analyst, you will design, build and present high-visibility, cross-functional analyses that drive how C-level leaders allocate capital, grow revenue and drive long-term value creation.You will lead high priority strategic initiatives spanning service line strategy, payor / network strategy and investment opportunities - including evaluation of de novo expansion, joint ventures and acquisitions. This is a largely greenfield role, with high-value questions that need answering. The ideal candidate is analytically sharp, capable of navigating ambiguity, and energized by taking ownership of blank-canvas problems.This is a remote role.
