The Corporate Paralegal will support the firm's Corporate, Transactional, M&A, and Real Estate practices.Responsibilities / QualificationsBachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred.5+ years of corporate paralegal experience in a mid-to-large law firm environment.Demonstrated ability to independently manage transaction workflows and closings.Strong drafting, communication, and research skills with excellent attention to detail.Proficient in NetDocuments, EDGAR, DocuSign, Adobe Sign, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.Familiarity with billing/timekeeping software such as Aderant or pensation:$115,000 per yearSalary range: 100-115k.
