Position Details Job Code: JC-513882 Position #: 275-210-5304-008 Title: PeopleSoft Financials & myCalPERS Support Analyst Classification: Associate Administrative Analyst Accounting Systems Salary Range: $6,330.00 - $7,929.00 A Work Location: Sacramento County Telework: Hybrid - up to two days remote per week Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Responsibilities Under the supervision of the Financial Accountant II, the Associate Accounting Analyst acts as a liaison between the Financial Reporting and Accounting Services and the Information Technology Services branch for business and accounting processes in the PeopleSoft Financials and myCalPERS systems. The incumbent performs analysis on various business"‘rule specifications and requirement documents and performs User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of financial transactions to ensure successful implementation of new or modified system functionality. The role also involves supporting application development, troubleshooting issues, maintaining documentation, and ensuring adherence to core values of quality, respect, integrity, openness, communication, balance, and accountability. Qualifications • Self"‘motivated individual with accounting and analytical skills. • Experience reviewing and analyzing financial transactions and accounting systems. • Ability to present accounting information effectively, both verbally and in writing, to diverse audiences. • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. • Must pass any required examinations for eligibility.
