CDMS is a premier Environmental Health and Safety Consulting company with offices in Dublin and Long Beach, CA. We are looking to hire a smart and collaborative person to join the CDMS team as an Environmental & Safety Consultant. The role will be responsible for assisting businesses with Air Quality, Wastewater, Hazardous Material, Storm Water, Safety and many other requirements.What you will do:Preparing reports for our clients to follow guidance and regulations designed by EPA, DTSC, local CUPAs, Fire departments, Water boards and other federal, state and local government agencies.Assisting with permitting requirements and documentation (Air Quality, Wastewater, Tiered Permitting, Storm Water, etc.).Conducting training for employees of client companies.Providing ongoing compliance support to clients.Providing various other support activities to clients to assist with their compliance efforts.What You BringInterested in joining forces? To excel in this role you'll need to have:The ability to work independently.A high attention to detail and strong project management skills.A personable demeanor and professional communication skills, both verbal and fortable conducting trainings to groups of 10-40 people (10% of the job).Ability to handle multiple projects at the same puter skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel.Education/Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Studies, Environmental Science, Geology or related field.
