These hours are designed to align with practice needs and ensure patients have timely access to care.Weekend shifts become available after completing 80 hours of weekday (Monday-Friday) patient-facing care QualificationsResidency in Washington State required for duration of employment.Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license in at least one U.S. state. Multiple state licenses highly preferredPrescriptive authority as a Nurse PractitionerActive national board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)Minimum of 3 years of recent experience (within the last 5 years) practicing as a Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care, Women's Health, or GynecologyAbility to work independently and make sound clinical decisionsHigh level of proficiency and efficiency with technology (telehealth, EMRs, communication tools)A strong, demonstrated passion for caring for women navigating menopause and midlife health transitions????
