Job Description

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for a Part-Time Executive Office Administrator on behalf of our client, a growing and innovative biotechnology company based in Burlingame, California. This is a contract-to-hire, hybrid opportunity supporting senior leadership within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. This position will play a key role in providing executive-level administrative and office coordination support, primarily assisting the Chief Medical Officer while also supporting broader executive team operations. Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Medical Officer, including complex C-suite calendar management Coordinate and manage executive scheduling, meetings, and logistics Process and submit travel and expense reports for executives and maintain accurate documentation Provide monthly expense submission support for multiple members of the executive team Coordinate office operations during weekly onsite hours, including restocking supplies and assisting with facilities needs Manage ordering of office supplies and operational items through platforms such as Amazon, Instacart, Costco, and Office Depot Assist with new hire onboarding logistics and meeting coordination Support executive travel planning and scheduling as needed Qualifications 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience Demonstrated experience supporting C-suite executives Experience managing travel arrangements and expense reporting Experience with office coordination or small office management strongly preferred Work Schedule 15-20 hours per week Tuesdays onsite: 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM PT Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 2-3 hours per day (remote) Compensation This position offers an hourly pay rate of $52/hour, when converted salary of approximately $110,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package.
