HIRING "” SAP Plan to Produce Value Stream Lead Client: Confidential Location: 100% Remote, USA Experience Required: 15+ Years Employment Type: Contract Rate: $60/hr MAX Industry: Aerospace & Defence / Manufacturing / SAP Role Overview We are hiring a senior SAP Plan to Produce Value Stream Lead to drive end-to-end ownership of SAP manufacturing and supply chain delivery within a complex Aerospace & Defense environment. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring deep SAP functional expertise, cross-stream integration experience, and strong program delivery ownership across S/4HANA implementations. Key Responsibilities Drive alignment between business processes, SAP design, and execution strategy Act as functional integration lead across multiple SAP modules, system integrators, and stakeholders Lead cross-functional coordination across modules such as: Production Planning (PP) Quality Management (QM) Demand Planning Transportation Management (TM) Global Trade Services (GTS) Ensure end-to-end integration across supply chain and manufacturing processes Manage delivery execution including timeline, scope, risks, RAID, and milestones Provide executive-level reporting, governance, and escalation management Resolve design conflicts and ensure scalable, compliant SAP solutions Required Qualifications 15+ years of SAP experience with strong Plan-to-Produce domain expertise Hands-on experience as a Functional Lead / Senior Consultant in at least one core module (MM, PP, QM, TM, etc.) Strong understanding of manufacturing & supply chain integration in SAP Experience managing large-scale SAP programs with multiple SIs Experience working in global delivery (onshore-offshore) models Aerospace & Defense industry experience preferred Key Skills SAP S/4HANA SAP MM / PP / QM / TM / GTS Manufacturing & Supply Chain Program & Delivery Management RAID Management Cross-Functional Integration Executive Stakeholder Management #J-18808-Ljbffr
