All Jobs > Instrumentation & Controls EngineerEMA is seeking an Instrumentation & Controls Engineer to support municipal water and wastewater clients in the Sacramento California area.Program, configure, test, and commission SCADA systemsTransform client operations, processes, and technology by providing solutions that increase operational efficiency, allowing for data driven decision making, and revolutionize how they interface with their systemsSupport control system design, construction projects, and public bidPrepare technical reports (SCADA Master Plans, Preliminary Engineering Reports)Collaborate with operators, maintenance staff, managers, and engineersParticipate in client workshops and project teamsAssist Business Development Team with proposals and identify lateral and follow-on workMentor junior engineers and collaborate with SMEsTravel to client sites up to 50% depending on project needsWho You Are:We're looking for someone who brings hands"‘on control system integration experience in the water and wastewater sector and can comfortably communicate with both technical experts and non"‘technical stakeholders. If your experience aligns with the intent of this role, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every listed qualification.5+ years of experience in the following:Programming, configuration, and commissioning of SCADA systemPLCs, HMIs, OITs, and related SCADA softwareInstrumentation and control system design, including control system network designTraining clients on newly installed control systemsSCADA / OT Master PlanningConstruction phase services, including bidding services, submittal reviews, responding to RFIs, and factory and field test witnessingExperience in the municipal water and wastewater industryExperience in consultingProfessional Engineer license or ability to obtainTravel approximately 50% depending on project needs #J-18808-Ljbffr
