About the Internship Our internship is an immersive experience that exposes students to all aspects of restaurant operations, with a particular focus on daily service and management functions. Interns will primarily apprentice in staff-level roles, gaining first"‘hand experience in key service areas, while also having the opportunity to shadow management in areas such as: Hiring, training, and team development Inventory management and cost control P&L oversight and financial analysis Guest relations and hospitality excellence Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required"”what matters most is your enthusiasm, work ethic, and commitment to learning.
