Training and Development We take a vested interest in your success from day one. You will participate in our best"‘in"‘class remote training program, the New Colleague Training (NCT). This paid, interactive, and fun program provides group instruction and autonomy to thrive on your own. While participating in the NCT, you will receive support, coaching, and guidance from your Training Manager and colleagues, with daily virtual classroom connections. After graduating from the NCT, you have the option and flexibility to work from home or in a hybrid model. You will still receive managerial support while working autonomously and safely from the comfort of your own home. Responsibilities As an Executive Recruiter, you will manage both sides of the desk, helping your clients and candidates thrive. The Executive Recruiter executes the full life"‘cycle of direct hire recruiting for top"‘tier, mid"‘ to senior"‘level professional direct hire job orders for a variety of clients. This vital role requires a sense of urgency, focus on existing clients, identify new clients, interview candidates, and match them with dream organizations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, or five (5) years professional work experience considered in lieu of a degree. Compensation and Benefits The anticipated salary for this position is $50,000-$70,000 unless outlined below. In addition to base salary, the position is also eligible for incentive compensation based on achievements outlined in the compensation plan. California - $70,304 Colorado - $57,783.96-$70,000 New"¯York City, Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester Counties - $66,300-$70,000 New"¯York - All Other Locations - $62,353.20-$70,000 Washington - $80,168.40 Benefit offerings for full"‘time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short"‘term and long"‘term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401(k) plan or a non"‘qualified deferred compensation plan. Paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours per year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave.
