Base pay range $95,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr Associate Director, Executive Recruitment (Accounting/Finance) A rapidly expanding pharmaceutical company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with Sales & Marketing leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives. This role delivers critical financial insights to management while handling essential finance functions including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis under the guidance of the Sr. Manager, FP&A. This is a hybrid position requiring candidates to be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
