We wholeheartedly believe that diversity of people fosters the best in thinking and achieving superior results.About the RoleWe are looking for someone to join our interior design team where you will manage each client's design of their kitchen and/or bathroom. You will virtually meet with each client to complete our design kick-off to understand their design wishes. You will then prepare a detailed customized design book with multiple options sourced from various suppliers and from our design catalogs. You will be responsible for ensuring that the client sees the desired finishes and answers any technical design questions.The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare collection lookbooks and help to source finish materialRender spaces for clients to visually see their spaceTranslating the principal designer's vision into a step-by-step narrative that is fed into our proprietary tech componentAbout YouYou have a minimum of 2-3years of professional work experience in interior design specifically within the designing kitchens and bathroomsMust have experience in kitchen design and modeling, 2020 experience a plusMust be able to render spaces when neededYou've demonstrated strong performance as a self-starter and self-learner within a high-growth environmentYou're organized and have a keen attention to detailYou're solution and action oriented and enjoy managing complex problemsYou enjoy condensing and communicating ideas into clear and actionable findingsYou're constantly curious and believe no task is too smallYou are mission drivenYou're comfortable with ambiguity and able to quickly pivot as neededYou care deeply about solving a real pain point in the worldYou have a fully insured vehicle to use for work-related transportSalary and BenefitsCompetitive salary hourly salary.
