OverviewWe are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced caregiver to support a client diagnosed with cerebral palsy in Gardena, CA. The ideal candidate must be comfortable and confident using a manual Hoyer lift and providing hands-on assistance with mobility and daily care.Client NeedsAssistance with transfers using a manual Hoyer liftSupport with mobility and repositioningHelp with activities of daily living (ADLs) including hygiene and dressingAssistance with liquid nutrition/feeding supportBasic wound care support (monitoring, reporting, and following care plan)Light housekeeping and meal preparationCompanionship and attentive careRequirementsMinimum of 3+ years of caregiving experience requiredExperience using a manual Hoyer lift (required)Experience with liquid feeding and basic wound careExperience working with clients with cerebral palsy or similar conditions preferredPhysically able to assist with transfers and mobility supportPatient, reliable, and professional demeanorAbility to follow care plans and document client conditionScheduleMorning, Afternoon, and Night shifts available (flexible scheduling)Compensation and BenefitsHOW WOULD YOU LIKE A PAY RAISE EACH PAYDAY?
