Apply now and become a part of our exciting journey!Job SummaryRail Project Safety Manager is a hybrid role requiring both management of safety programs for railroad construction projects and providing railroad safety expertise and support to the RailPros internal Safety and Training Department team. This position is responsible for overseeing and managing rail and transit safety compliance across multiple construction projects. The Manager will develop and implement safety plans, ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, and foster a strong safety culture among contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.The role involves collaborating with the Engineering Department and project managers to address safety risks, enforce safety standards, and monitor safety performance. The ideal candidate is experienced in managing safety programs for large"‘scale rail projects and is comfortable with travel to project sites.
