Power Platform Solution Architect (D365 & Copilot/AI) Location: Aliso Viejo, CA, USA (Hybrid/Onsite) About The Role We are looking for a Power Platform Solution Architect with strong experience in Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure, and Copilot/AI solutions. This role will be responsible for designing end-to-end enterprise solutions, defining architecture standards, leading integrations, and enabling AI and Copilot capabilities across business applications. This is a senior architecture role requiring both technical leadership and stakeholder engagement experience. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Design Define end-to-end solution architecture for Power Platform implementations integrated with Dynamics 365 (CE/F&O/BC). Design scalable Power Apps (Canvas, Model-driven, Custom Pages) using Dataverse and Azure services. Architect Copilot-enabled solutions using AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and Azure OpenAI. Establish governance, security, and ALM best practices for Power Platform environments. Define environment strategy and Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE). Integration & Development Lead integration of Power Apps with Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams, Azure, and external systems. Implement integrations using Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, API Management, and custom connectors. Design and implement low-code extensions for Dynamics 365 processes such as: Sales Customer Service Field Service Finance Enable Copilot experiences using natural language automation, prompt engineering, and custom Copilot plugins. AI & Copilot Enablement Leverage AI Builder, Azure AI Services, and Copilot Studio for automation and insights. Drive adoption of Copilot across Dynamics 365 modules. Identify AI/ML use cases with business stakeholders. Implement conversational bots and automation solutions. Governance & Best Practices Define architecture standards and governance policies. Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and performance guidelines. Define ALM pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions. Mentor and guide development and delivery teams.
