We operate both from our home-base warehouse and on the road - bringing live, on-site personalization experiences to events across the continental United States. The Position We are hiring a full-time, Event Laser Tech for a role that combines warehouse production with frequent domestic travel for on-site activations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, follows systems closely, is comfortable traveling regularly as part of their job, and is comfortable interacting with high-level clients in a courteous and professional manner. You will be trained to operate laser engraving equipment, prepare and personalize products, and support live event activations where we engrave items on-site for guests and clients. Job Type: Full-time Training Start Date: Immediately Initial 1-month trial period to ensure good fit for both parties Core Responsibilities Primary Duties Operate laser engraving machines following established SOPs Set up, operate, and break down portable engraving equipment at events Personalize products accurately and efficiently under time constraints Perform quality checks to ensure clean, consistent final results Assist with packing, boxing, and preparing orders for shipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment Travel & Event Work Travel domestically within the lower 48 states for on-site activations Support multiple activations per week when scheduled Load, unload, and transport equipment and product materials Work directly with team members during live events in fast-paced environments Represent the company professionally at client locations Secondary Duties General warehouse tasks as needed Shipping & receiving support Basic cleaning and maintenance of equipment Schedule & Work Location Full-time / 40 hours per week Travel schedule: May include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and multi-day trips depending on event schedules Home base: Vista, CA 92081 Work location: In-person at warehouse and domestic travel Who This Role Is Best For Someone early in their career looking to learn technical equipment and with an appetite for travel A person who enjoys hands-on work and structured systems A dependable team player who performs well in both warehouse and live-event environments Requirements Reliable transportation Ability to travel frequently and on short notice Punctual, dependable, and able to follow detailed instructions Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting equipment/materials Experience with lasers preferred, but not required "Class C Driver's License" in good standing Up-to-date REAL ID Ability to regularly lift and transport up to 50 lbs Preferred Skillset Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or other Adobe products (strongly preferred) Experience with XTool Products, or XTool Software Suite Experience with Lightburn (strongly preferred) Experience with Laser Engraving Machines, or other CNC machinery Any previous experience with On-Site experiences (photographer, host, customer service, event coordinator, event planning, etc) Any experience in the promotional products industry #J-18808-Ljbffr
