Job Details Full remote position open to candidates anywhere in the United States Opportunity to work on complex litigation matters across multiple defense practice areas Collaborative boutique firm environment Job Duties Support 2 attorneys in insurance defense matters involving construction defect Draft, review, and manage legal documents including pleadings, discovery, motions, and correspondence Assist with discovery including document production, interrogatories, and requests for production Maintain and organize case files and litigation databases Coordinate filings in California state courts and federal courts Manage litigation calendars and track court deadlines Assist with deposition preparation, expert coordination, and trial preparation Prepare exhibits, trial binders, and case summaries for hearings and trial Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel as needed Conduct legal research and assist attorneys with case preparation and litigation strategy Manage 1620 annual billable hours Job Requirements Minimum 3 years of litigation paralegal experience supporting construction defect defense matters required Strong experience with California state court procedures and filings required Experience supporting complex litigation matters required Familiarity with federal court filings preferred ABA approved paralegal certificate strongly preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines Excellent written communication and attention to detail Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating with attorneys across multiple offices Compensation Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year.
