Perform a detailed task analysis for each job function, business process, or system for which training will be developed. Define learning objectives, and course structure aligned to stakeholder needs and to meet the constraints of the learning environment. Work under the direction of the Senior Instructional Designer to apply company standards, guidelines, and templates. Participate in milestone meetings with subject matter experts, including task analysis, alpha, beta, train the trainer, and pilot.
