The Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst/Trainer is responsible for monitoring and improving the overall quality and effectiveness of the PBG billing and follow up staff. The QA Analyst/Trainer will proactively identify and address quality issues that result in delayed and/or decreased reimbursement. The primary responsibilities span the entire Revenue Cycle and include: staff Quality Review (QR) scoring, quality analysis, identification of global quality issues, and training support.This position is hybrid (mix of on-site and remote work)THIS IS NOT AN HI-B OPPORTUNITYOutstanding benefits and perks are among the many rewards of working for the University of California.
