In this exciting hybrid role, you'll provide exceptional service and solutions to our valued customers, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. Be part of a dynamic team dedicated to making a difference in the HVAC industry. Responsibilities Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and recommend HVAC solutions. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heating and cooling systems. Provide clear and accurate estimates for service and installation work. Educate customers on energy efficiency and system operation. Maintain accurate records of service calls and customer interactions. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred. Proven experience in HVAC service and installation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills. Customer-focused mindset and a positive attitude. Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
