This project involves supporting Attrition and Migrations forecasting within the Digital Media organization. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables Supporting Attrition and Migrations forecasting within the Digital Media team. Driving critical strategic initiatives and supporting key financial decisions. Collaborating with various partners to bring a strategic lens to the quarterly and longer"‘term planning process. Providing financial expertise and knowledge to identify emerging trends, understand market forces, and evaluate potential risks and opportunities. Articulating key business insights and the financial implications/business impact to senior finance leaders. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 7 years of FP&A (or related) experience required. Deep expertise in financial fundamentals and forecasting process, with excellent analytical & technical skills (e.g., Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, and Anaplan are highly valued). This isn't a learning role"”you need to be a subject matter expert. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals. High attention to details with organizational skills and ability to take charge, set objectives, and drive to results. Strong communication skills to provide clear and concise status updates to the project team and outstanding social skills to collaborate across the organization.
