As a team, we pride ourselves on providing a quality, reliable, and safe learning environment for each child we serve; recognizing the connections between children, families, and the community is essential for establishing partnerships for learning to reach their family-focused outcomes. All Intervention Services are provided in-home in the child's most natural environment. Great culture and extensive support in the field of early intervention.We are looking for Early Intervention Specialists with the following:Qualifications:Preferred Candidates hold a bachelor's degree in Child Development, Psychology, Education, or some other related field.Current RBT certification is highly desirable.The candidate should have a minimum of one year of experience working with children with special needs, populations 0-3 preferred.Looking for energetic, dedicated, qualified candidates with excellent play skills to provide 1:1 individualized family-centered intervention for children 0-3 in their natural environment.Be capable of working well independently and cooperatively as a team member.Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.ALL Candidates MUST:Hold a valid Driver's LicenseAssociate degree or higher in Psychology or a related fieldHave dependable transportation and be willing to travelMaintain current Vehicle Insurance & RegistrationCurrent CPR Certification (Infant, Child & Adult)This position is posted as a part-time position with the potential to become pensation: $20.00 - $24.00, based on experience and education levelBright Horizons Developmental Services Inc. offers a comprehensive benefits package, mileage and drive time reimbursement, flexible work schedule, and opportunities for growth within the field.Required education: Associate DegreeRequired professional experience: Working with infants and toddlers: 1 yearWork Location: On the road - In-home SettingSchedule:Monday to Friday - Field Hour operations 7:00 am- 6:30 p.m.Part-time schedule is available.
