We are seeking a talented Digital Specialist to enhance our online presence and optimize our digital marketing strategies. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, focusing on website management and user experience improvements. Responsibilities Manage and update website content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to ensure optimal performance and user engagement. Support the migration of additional sites to AEM, enhancing overall digital infrastructure. Analyze website analytics and user behaviors to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies. Coordinate with design and development teams to enhance user experience and interface. Implement SEO best practices to improve site visibility and conversion rates. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to website traffic and user interactions. Skills Proven experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and content management systems. Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills Familiarity with design tools such as Figma and project management software like JIRA. Experience with analytics tools such as Amplitude and Semrush. Knowledge of UX/UI principles to enhance user interactions on digital platforms.
