Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative 1 at MDRR, you will act as a liaison between our customers and the company, helping them with a variety of inquiries relating to Residential accounts, including billing, complaints, questions, and requests. With our home office located in Concord and additional offices in Pittsburg and Oakley (assigned office will be designated after hire), we're looking for a dynamic individual who is ready to join a growing team!
