As part of our growth we are hiring for a Renewals Coordinator in the Client Engagement team.The job in two bullet points:Support Client Engagement Team with investigative research and data entryHelp drive renewal revenue growth through outreach and analysisIf you need a bit more information...We're seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful individual to support our Client Engagement Managers. This role involves gathering business information through phone outreach, online research, and investigative calls to identify key amenities and insights.The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong online research skills, proficiency in Excel, creative and professional phone communication abilities, and efficient data entry capabilities. Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools is a plus.Success in this role will be measured by the quality of investigative research, accuracy and speed of data entry, and volume of completed activities.
