Join a growing, mission-driven None Profit mental health organization providing quality care to diverse communities across California. We are currently hiring Licensed clinicians for Telehealth and option of hybrid roles. In-person demand has increased, and availability for office-based sessions is a plus. Office locations: Culver City / Slauson and BuckinghamMinimum caseload: 15 sessions per week Compensation Structure Clinical Session Rates (per completed session): $55 per session - up to 19 sessions per week $60 per session - 20+ sessions per pay week Administrative & Non-Clinical Work: Paid at $20 per hour Includes meetings, documentation support, care coordination, and approved admin tasks Important Note on Clinical Pay: Sessions are considered complete only when documentation is finalized. Sessions without a completed and signed note will be paid at the administrative rate.
