Additional compensation: Commission. Job Overview We are looking for a Sales Lead with a focus on our B2B business nationwide, but more so to act as a Commercial Architect across all our sales channels. Responsibilities include channel segmentation, account classification, and creating aligned GTM strategy across channels in partnership with marketing. You will shape the entire commercial aspect of our business in the USA. We value experience in consumer"‘focused industries, GTM alignment, bridging top"‘line numbers with bottom"‘up forecasting and merchandising approach, passion for the outdoors, and lifestyle industry experience. Automotive industry experience not required. You need a clear vision and understanding of how to approach challenges and execute strategy. Qualifications Experience in B2B sales and business development. Strong channel segmentation and account classification skills. Proven ability to develop GTM strategy and align with marketing.
