We're seeking a detail-oriented Senior Revenue & Billing Analyst to manage complex invoicing, contracts, and accounts receivable processes in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do: Own monthly invoicing and maintain accurate AR ledgers Review contracts, POs, and change orders to ensure proper project setup and billing accuracy Research and resolve billing discrepancies Partner with Project Managers on invoice status and revenue tracking Reconcile account balances, audit expenses, and support financial reporting Assist with audits and contract close-outs What We're Looking For: 4+ years of high-volume billing experience Experience with integrated accounting systems (e.g., Deltek, MAS200, Great Plains) Solid understanding of general ledger entries and revenue processes Highly organized, analytical, and collaborative Construction or professional services industry experience is a plus.
