Workday Financials QTC (Quote-To-Cash) Consultant Core Responsibilities Identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures Lead workshops for client education Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements Support the Financials Lead in architecting Workday QTC (Quote"‘To"‘Cash) solutions to ensure all work streams are cohesive and cross"‘functional impacts are considered and mitigated Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices Demonstrate design options through the use of prototyping Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies Work Environment & Travel Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements. Required Qualifications Workday Financials Partner Certification Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Consultant or similar level role Minimum of 2 years of hands"‘on Workday Financials QTC (Quote"‘To"‘Cash) experience Minimum of 2 years of US and/or Global Financials Operations experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience) - or Associate's degree with minimum 6 years of work experience Preferred Qualifications & Bonus Points 4+ years of experience implementing Workday Financials Proficiency in multiple business processes (e.g., PTP, OTC, GL, FA, Budgeting, Cash Management) Experience leading global and/or LE Workday engagements Excels in a diverse, fast"‘paced environment Other leading cloud"‘based SaaS financial application implementation experience (Oracle E"‘Business Suite, NetSuite, Infor, Unit 4, PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP, Lawson, etc.) Advanced degree in a related specialty Compensation & Benefits Role Location Annual Salary Range California $70,350 to $196,000 Cleveland $59,100 to $156,800 Colorado $63,800 to $169,300 District of Columbia $68,000 to $180,300 Illinois $59,100 to $169,300 Maryland $63,800 to $169,300 Massachusetts $63,800 to $180,300 Minnesota $63,800 to $169,300 New York $66,300 to $196,000 New Jersey $68,000 to $196,000 Washington $80,200 to $180,300 Accenture offers a market"‘competitive suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and long"‘term disability coverage, a 401(k) plan, bonus opportunities, paid holidays, and paid time off.
