Success is measured by technical win rates, deal acceleration, and the ability to contribute to customer satisfaction by positioning innovative, AI-powered communication solutions. The work impacts the organization by enabling informed sales strategies and enhancing customer experiences through technical consultation and solution design. Job Responsibilities Engage in customer meetings to understand business needs and identify solution opportunities, driving sales support activities Consult with sales teams and customers to develop and recommend Unified Communications (UCaaS) and Contact Center (CCaaS) solutions that meet business requirements Maintain specialist knowledge and certifications in cloud communications, VoIP/SIP, and AI-powered technologies to ensure up-to-date technical expertise Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and engineering to provide feedback and support special projects Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed Education and Work Experience Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required) 7-10 years - Experience in telecommunications, IT administration or network engineering roles with a professional track record of successful solution sales, managing internal/external relationships in a matrix environment. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Technical Leadership (Required) Communication: Excellent oral and written communications; strong interpersonal skills.
