This position serves as a strategic liaison between Product, Sales, and Operations, ensuring alignment of business objectives and operational excellence. The role requires ownership of reporting and analysis frameworks, proactive decision-making, and the ability to influence cross-functional priorities to optimize product offerings and enhance the AAA member experience.Essential FunctionsReporting and Data AnalysisEstablish and lead comprehensive reporting and analysis strategy for travel sales and partner performanceDesign and implement a standardized reporting framework and deliver monthly trend analysis reportsAnalyze sales trends and market data to recommend timing and prioritization of product launches, destinations, and partnershipsOwn partner performance reporting and tracking, identifying trends and presenting actionable insights to guide business decisions and improve client experiencesMonitor member feedback and operational KPIs, synthesizing insights into actionable improvements for processes and client experienceOperational Logistics and PartnershipManage deliverables and timelines for major initiatives, including the Annual Advisor Summit, with authority to adjust priorities based on business needsOwn and oversee the travel partner invoicing process for suppliers, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and strengthen partner relationshipsLiaises between member relations and partner team to acquire waivers and make goods from partnersTraining and Strategic LiaisonServe as a strategic liaison between Sales, Operations, and Product teams, ensuring alignment between sales targets and operational capabilitiesDevelop and present performance insights and recommendations to leadership, influencing future operational and sales strategiesManage all aspects of training logistics"”including scheduling, communications, presentation materials, incentive prizes, and Hub updatesLead the planning, scheduling, and organization of advisor sales training with Tour, Cruise, and Emerging Partner managers, ensuring alignment with partner co-op commitmentsNote: This role requires strong coordination and cross-functional collaborationKnowledge / Skills / AbilitiesStrong attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks & competing needs concurrently under constricted deadlinesAbility to work in a professional manner, effectively, collaboratively & constructively with all levels of personnel with internal and external partnersAbility to exercise independent judgment and discretion in prioritizing tasks and making decisions that impact operational and sales outcomesSkill in applying analytical techniques to the identification, consideration, & resolution of issues or problems of a procedural or factual nature sufficient to participate in analytical & evaluative work related to the analysis of an organization's programsExcellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights and recommendations to leadershipStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills to evaluate market trends and recommend solutionsEducation, Competencies, Certifications/LicensesMinimum RequirementsBachelor/'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related areaMinimum of 2 years of experience in customer service role, data analysis role, operations, and/or business administrationOr High school diploma and 6 years of experience in customer service role, data analysis role, operations, and/or business administrationPreferred Requirements2-4 years of experience in Travel#VIC_RXWe target between minimum and midpoint of the range, and all offers are subject to a fair pay analysis - Compensation Range: Min: $76,657.00 - Mid: $95,820.00- Max: $114,985.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
