We're Hiring: Bookkeeper (Onsite - Once a Week) We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to support our team on a once-a-week onsite basis. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking a flexible, part-time role. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger Handle accounts payable and receivable Process payroll, including employee compensation and related filings Prepare and file sales tax returns in compliance with regulations Perform bank reconciliations Assist with month-end and year-end closing Requirements: Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role Strong experience with payroll and sales tax reporting Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop (required) High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Must be available to work onsite once per week What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Professional and supportive work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
