We are seeking a reliable, detail"‘oriented, and self"‘motivated Field Service Representative to represent leading brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. In this role you will perform a wide range of in"‘store tasks, including installing and updating sales"‘floor fixtures, performing buildouts, resets, and display repairs, and following planograms and client"‘specific directives. You will work independently, meet deadlines, and use mobile applications to complete assignments efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities Respond to and maintain consistent communication with field services management within 24 hours of contact. Keep availability up to date and accurate. Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates. Install, build, and maintain displays, end caps, and fixtures. Complete all necessary forms, images, and surveys before leaving each job site. Maintain displays in accordance with planograms and client requests. Conduct break"‘fix repairs to keep displays and fixtures functional. Participate in early"‘morning installations and team installations involving two or more people, providing solution feedback. Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines. Assist other team members as needed. Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission and report anomalies daily with needed corrections. Work independently in a fast"‘paced environment. Participate in training and certification programs. Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows. Be available for weekend assignments as required. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be authorized to work in the United States. High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Flexible availability Monday through Friday; weekend and holiday availability as needed. Early morning and late"‘night availability as required. Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30"‘day period. Climb ladders up to 10 feet in height. Safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs. Ability to kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, handle, grasp, and reach overhead. Strong communication skills via phone, text, and email. Proficient with an Android or Apple mobile device for taking photos, uploading data, and using apps. Experience with hand and power tools. Previous retail or merchandising experience is beneficial.
