Overview Commercial Property Accountant - HYBRID SCHEDULE Responsibilities Manage accounting for a portfolio of 6-9 retail shopping centers Prepare full-cycle financial statements during month-end close Perform CAM reconciliations and related analysis Review and interpret lease agreements (no abstracting required) Partner with property managers and ownership on budgeting, reporting, and issue resolution Handle ongoing financial analysis and ad hoc projects Qualifications 3-5+ years of commercial property accounting experience Experience with CAM reconciliations Familiarity with MRI or Yardi Ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines Benefits and Schedule Base + discretionary bonus Medical (HMO fully covered for employee), dental, vision 401(k) with match (after 6 months) Additional wellness and supplemental benefits Hybrid schedule (after onboarding): 4 days onsite, Fridays remote Standard hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM w/ flexibility Growth opportunity to Senior Property Accountant over time #J-18808-Ljbffr
