Install, maintain, modify, and repair electrical distribution systems and associated electrical equipment. Bend and install EMT, PVC, IMC, and GRC up to 2". Troubleshoot electrical equipment and systems. Order and manage needed equipment and/or materials. Interact with and support Alamon team members from other divisions. Effectively communicate with all members of the project team. Report to the Energy Services Supervisor. Perform other job"‘related duties as assigned. Minimum Position Qualifications Must pass a pre"‘employment drug test, submit to a background check, and adhere to all OSHA, state, city, and municipal safety requirements. Must have a clean driving record with no DUI or DWI in the last five years. California General Journeyman License preferred. Five or more years of experience in construction. Ability to travel out of town during the week or on weekends. Ability to lift and use heavy equipment safely; lift up to 75 pounds. Must be able to keep up with the physical demands of the job. Willingness to work nights and weekends as required. Work Environment Active construction sites and environmentally controlled indoor sites; employees required to wear provided safety hearing devices. Work both indoors and outdoors under varying weather conditions, including hot, cold, and in finished and occupied buildings. Must always wear personal protective equipment (PPE) in compliance with company standards and governmental regulations. Physical Demands Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. Ability to climb ladders, bend, stoop, and work in awkward positions for several hours at a time. Must be able to work during inclement weather. Travel Requirements Willingness to travel throughout the United States based on project needs. Transportation and lodging provided while traveling and working out of town for the Company. Education and Experience High school diploma or GED preferred. Possess and maintain a Journeyman License. Proficient knowledge of the National Electric Code. Experience with underground and site work. Experience with UPS, PV, EV charging stations, BESS, wireless, or a central office environment preferred.
