Product Manager Location: Sunnyvale, CA Hybrid Duration: 6 Months Pay range: $110 to $130 per hour Job Description As a Product Manager, you demonstrate mastery of execution, solving ambiguous problems, and supporting the strategy. You own outcomes that address ambiguous problems in support of product or PA strategy with accountability for both execution and direction of those projects. You define and launch product solutions for more complex user needs (advertiser, customer, developer, operator/administrator, partner). You synthesize high-level insights from formative research, market gaps, or cutting"‘edge technical insights, and build a compelling narrative in support of a product decision and direction. Responsibilities Validate the market size and opportunity (user"‘based, strategic opportunity, revenue). Use subject"‘matter expertise to identify opportunities in the market landscape and collaborate with relevant teams to build supporting rationales, hypotheses, and visions. Independently create product requirements documents (PRDs) that fulfill the roadmap and meet or exceed user needs, expectations, and company goals. Collaborate on preliminary design concepts and manage work with engineering and UX teams to iterate, using best"‘in"‘class security, privacy, and safety standards and complying with company obligations. Work with partner teams during product design and development to turn PRDs into OKRs for one or more teams. Promptly resolve technical and/or UX product design issues. Develop and secure buy"‘in for a product vision that identifies, defines, and supports the overall product narrative and direction, achieving an outcome greater than the sum of its parts. Drive the identification of user needs from formative research, market gaps, or technical insights. Articulate a clear picture of what it means to solve identified needs and capture attention to compel action across products and teams despite obstacles and competing priorities.
