Your responsibilities include:* **Strategic Capability Planning**: Designing and implementing a cohesive annual learning strategy that clarifies desired skills and proficiency levels across all employee cohorts.* **Curriculum Design & Delivery(facilitation):**Leading the development of innovative learning programs that translate theory into practical, on-the-job skills.* **Leadership Development:** Engaging with leaders to deliver specific development programs for emerging leaders and specialised workshops.* **Supplier & Content Management:**Selecting and managing external learning suppliers and maintaining a centralised repository learning resources.* **Project Oversight:**Planning and prioritising multiple development activities to meet objectives within specified timescales and budgets.We are looking for a strategic thinker who can translate complex business objectives into effective learning solutions.
