Skin Gym is known for innovative skincare tools and devices, while PaintLab is a leading press-on nail brand with strong retail presence across Walmart and other major partners. We are a lean, entrepreneurial team looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow within wholesale and retail operations. Role Overview: We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Wholesale Coordinator to support our growing retail business across key accounts including Walmart, Ulta, CVS, Target, and Amazon. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across order management, retailer communication, and internal coordination. You'll work closely with sales, operations, and supply chain to help drive in-stock performance and support wholesale growth. Key Responsibilities: Order Management + Retail Operations Process and track wholesale purchase orders across all accounts Coordinate with 3PL and internal teams to ensure timely shipments Monitor order status, resolve discrepancies, and follow up on delays Ensure accurate SKU setup, pricing, and order details Retail Account Support Support communication with key retail partners (Walmart, Ulta, CVS, etc.) Assist with item setup, line reviews, and retailer portals Help prepare materials for buyer meetings and QBRs Track in-stock levels and flag risks proactively Inventory + Forecasting Support Partner with supply chain to monitor inventory levels across channels Assist in forecasting needs based on sales trends and retailer demand Help identify opportunities to improve in-stock and reduce stockouts Data + Reporting Pull and analyze sales data to support decision-making Track key KPIs including sell-in, sell-through, and inventory levels Maintain organized reporting across accounts Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align on launches Support new product launches into retail partners Ensure smooth execution from sell-in to shelf Qualifications: 1-3 years experience in wholesale, sales ops, or retail operations (beauty a plus) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple accounts and deadlines Experience with retailer portals (Walmart, Ulta, etc.) is a plus Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets Strong communication skills and proactive mindset Who You Are: Scrappy, proactive, and solution-oriented Someone who takes ownership and follows through Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing environment Interested in building a career in wholesale / retail Compensation: Competitive hourly - $23-$28 plus benefits package - 401k, Pension Plan, Healthcare Contribution Package with Medical , Dental and Vision Why Join Us: Work directly with the founders Be part of scaling two high-growth beauty brands High ownership and growth potential This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed in this position.
