We build a high"‘load product with a powerful infrastructure that connects drivers and riders. Responsibilities Lead and grow a team of 6+ data analysts. Prioritize analytical requests, manage SLAs, deliver reports. Build deep analyses of features, A/B tests, metric trees. Design and maintain reporting systems, dashboards, best practices. Mentor analysts, code review, 1:1, performance reviews. Collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, Python developers. Qualifications 5+ years data analytics experience, 1+ years leading a team. Strong SQL, ETL/ELT pipelines, BI tools (Snowflake, dbt, Airflow). Product metrics experience: retention, conversion, activation, LTV, CAC. Experience setting goals, 1:1, performance reviews.
