Metrics & Automation Analyst - Global Procurement (m/f/x) page is loadedMetrics & Automation Analyst - Global Procurement (m/f/x)応募 remote type Hybrid locations PL, WROCLAW time type Full time posted on 募集開始 - 2 日前 job requisition id R01144277仕事内容The Impact You'll Make in this RoleAs a Metrics & Automation Analyst, Global Procurement you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.Here, you will make an impact by:Creating, supporting, and enhancing scheduled and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data sets pertaining to Procurement activity: Procurement KPIs, Spend, Supplier Performance, Procurement Operations, etc.Developing standardized self-service reporting, analytics, & automated data workflows to deliver insight at scale and enable effective decision-makingUsing standard analytics tools, primarily SQL and Power BI, to extract and consolidate data directly from numerous systems including purchase orders, requisitions, shopping carts, contracts, purchase pricing, invoices, vendors, and materials.Translating business problems into technical solutions by consulting with business stakeholders to scope and define project deliverables and milestonesProviding end-user training, enhancement testing, data governance, and operational support across the Procurement reporting portfolio as a Procurement data subject matter expert.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institutionFour (4) years of Procurement or Supply Chain process experience in one of the following or similar: Contracting, Category Management, Buying, AP Post Audit, Internal Audit, Planning, Vendor/Material Data Management, etc.Four (4) years of experience modeling or shaping data and presenting output to end consumers using SQL, Excel, Python, VBA, or similar tools in a private, public, government, or military environmentTwo (2) years of full development lifecycle experience in Power BI, SAP Business Objects Web Intelligence, Snowflake, SAP HANA, SQL Server, or other enterprise business intelligence tools and data warehouses in a private, public, government, or military environmentAdditional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Advanced degree in business, analytics, data modeling, or statisticsKnowledge of end-to-end Procurement processes including purchase order (PO), request to buy (requisition/shopping cart), contracting, invoicing/accounts payable, Procurement data managementTrack record of intellectual curiosity and process improvement/automation, with an ability to influence and persuade cross functional team through dataStrong facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skillsProven problem-solving skills, project management skills, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skillsAppropriately engages stakeholders at all levels of the organizationFamiliarity with Python sufficient for running and performing basic maintenance of existing scripts for data extraction and reportingProficiency in designing and building data models, DAX-based measures, and visualizations to enable optimal use of Microsoft Power BIAn ability to work independently to discover new ways for adding efficiency across the full range of your duties by incorporating novel technological advancementsJob specifics:Travel: May include up to 5% international or domesticWork location: Hybrid with 2/3 days per week in a 3M officeKey Benefits:Private medical careLife insuranceRetirement schemeMultisport cardOpportunity to work globally as part of an international organizationWork in a respectful, inclusive, and friendly environment with open door policyProfessional training and onboarding packageSupporting your professional development, possibility to gain certifications/co-founding studiesSupporting your work-life balance through being a part of community groups, CSR actions, volunteeringInternal integration eventsHoliday BonusPLEASE KINDLY PROVIDE YOUR CV AND APPLICATION IN ENGLISH LANGUAGEDoes this opportunity and our innovative 3M culture align with your career aspirations?If so, we encourage you to apply and embark on a journey of creativity and growth with us.
