We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Sr. Litigation Paralegal to join our team.Position OverviewWe are looking for a highly organized and dependable Sr. Litigation Paralegal with at least 10+ years of hands-on litigation experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a high-volume caseload while supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation.Annual Salary: $80,000+ depending on experienceHybrid or On-SiteKey ResponsibilitiesAssist attorneys in all stages of litigation, including case intake, discovery, trial preparation, and appealsDraft legal documents such as complaints, subpoenas, motions, and discovery requests/responsesManage document production, including organizing and analyzing large volumes of documentsCoordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, mediations, and trialsMaintain litigation calendars and track important deadlinesPrepare trial binders, exhibits, and witness listsConduct legal research and gather relevant case materialsFile documents electronically with state and federal courtsQualificationsMinimum of 10 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal departmentParalegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent experience preferredIn-depth understanding of litigation processes and court rules (state and federal)Proficiency with legal software and tools (e.g., Westlaw, Clio, or similar)Strong writing, editing, and communication skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced legal environmentProfessional demeanor and strong client service skillsCompetitive salary and annual performance bonusHealth, dental, vision and life insurance401(k) with employer matchingPaid time off, holidays, and sick leaveContinuing education and CLE supportOpportunities for career advancement within the firmSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionLegalIndustryLaw Practice #J-18808-Ljbffr
