Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of cases from pre-litigation through trial preparation. You will work directly with attorneys on complex matters involving: Business and contract disputes Real estate and construction litigation Probate and trust litigation This is a hands-on role where your work directly impacts case strategy and outcomes. Responsibilities Draft pleadings, discovery, and correspondence Manage court filings and litigation deadlines (state & federal) Support case strategy, discovery, and trial preparation Coordinate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel Organize case materials, exhibits, and trial binders Required Qualifications 10+ years of litigation paralegal experience Strong background in commercial or civil litigation Experience from case inception through trial prep Proficiency with Arizona e-filing and case management systems Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed Strong writing and communication skills Compensation & Benefits Annual Salary 85,000 - 96,000 Bonus Annual bonuses are discretionary.
